• All items listed on Tejori.pk are preloved branded shoes, carefully inspected to meet quality standards before being made available for sale.
• While we ensure accurate product descriptions, minor variations in color or condition may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

3. Orders and Payments

• All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
• Payment Methods:
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Requires a 500 PKR advance payment for confirmation. This amount will be adjusted against your order total. If you do not receive the parcel, the advance will not be refunded.
  • Card Payments: Secure and reliable payment option now available.
• Shipping is free on orders above 4000 PKR, and a flat fee of 250 PKR applies to smaller orders.

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Only one exchange per order is allowed. Refunds are not offered.

5. Shipping

• Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
